Getting Started with LanMarkXT

LanMarkXT is an advanced network testing and benchmarking tool. Applications range from simple point to point protocol testing to advanced multi-protocol multi-client testing. LanMarkXT is capable of performing tests that simulate a wide variety of TCP and UDP traffic from web emulation to independent multi-protocol application testing.

LanMarkXT has four main Wizards to assist in creating tests, test packages and adding nodes.

Wizard	Description
Test Wizard	The Test Wizard will walk the user through test setup in three easy steps
Package Creator	The Package Creator Wizard will assist the user in creating test packages without manually editing package files. To manually edit package files, see Manual Package File Creation.
Add Test Nodes	Adding test nodes that are on the other side of network equipment can be accomplished here.
Multiple Nodes	Testing more than two nodes at once can be facilitated here, or by dragging two nodes into the nodes window from the main Console screen.
