Simple Drag and Drop Testing

 A variety of test packages ship with LanMark XT, allowing simple drag and drop testing. The ability to combine 2 or more packages by simply dragging a second package into the test window allows you to setup and run extremely complex testing scenarios in a matter of seconds.
For example, if you wanted to test the ability of a wireless 802.11a network to carry MPEG4 video, Outlook clients, and Host an FTP server you would just drag these three packages into the test group and press Start. Upon completion of the test, a report will be generated summarizing the performance under the tested conditions. This report can be very basic, or can include every package iteration detail, including Throughput, PER (Packet Error Rate), Average Inter-Frame Time, Package Name, Absolute time, Errors, Warnings, Test Node IP Address, etc. |

Multi-Node LAN / WAN Testing

Test Nodes make network centric testing a breeze with LanMarkXT. Every PC that has LanMarkXT Installed on will enumerate in a list on the Test Console. Any node can be easily selected to participate in a test by simply dragging-and-dropping them into the Test Group. Once in the Test Group, they will automatically participate in the tests, and report their data back to the requesting Console. This makes multi-node LAN / WAN testing very efficient.

Create your own test Packages. LanMarkXT comes with a Package Wizard that will allow you to create your own test Packages in seconds. These packages can contain up to 100 different UDP tests and 100 different TCP tests at the same time. This gives you the ability to quickly test different packet sizes and IFS (Inter Frame Spaces) from a single test Package.

This gives you maximum flexibility in dynamic test environments. Your test Packages will be automatically distributed to any test Nodes that require them, and all in real time. This will give you the ability to run the Console from virtually any Node without manually copying your Test Packages to that Node.
Stay Current with Auto Update
LanMark XT is quipped with a mechanism that will ensure your version is current, and it will do this automatically. Every X number of days LanMark XT will check for updates via the Internet. If there is an update available, it will be downloaded and installed, making LanMarkXT updates as easy 1-2-3.

L1S Help is a fully featured HELP engine that runs on HTTP, and is constantly updated via the Internet using AutoUpdate.
